Clinton Corners Woman Faces Identity Theft Charge A local woman was taken into police custody after allegedly using an unauthorized credit card more than a dozen times over a stretch of nearly two months, police said. Detectives with the Rhinebeck Police Department launched an investigation late last year when the credit card was used 17 times in the in December and January. The investigation led police to Clinton Corners resident Tina LaMonica, 41, who was arrested this week. LaMonica was arrested and charged with a felony count of second-degree identity theft. The crash, between a 2014 Hond CRV and a 2004 International propane truck, occurred around 1:15 p.m. Wednesday resulting in the death of Francis J.
