An investigation by the New York State Police Troop K Violent Gang Neighborhood Enforcement Team (VGNET) and the City of Poughkeepsie Police Department determined that 24-year-old Saiquan Deslandes of Poughkeepsie was dealing heroin in the Poughkeepsie area.
