Area Man Faces Three New Felony Charges In Child Porn Case Additional charges, including three felonies, have been filed against a 34-year-old area man who was arrested in a child pornography case in March. On Monday, April 22, a grand jury issued a criminal indictment charging Nicholas J. Terilli of Pine Plains with the following new charges: Two counts of use of a child in a sexual performance, a Class C felony. Two counts of first-degree sexual abuse, a Class D felony.  Two counts of possession of a sexual performance by a child, a Class E felony.
