Man Admits To Strangling Woman To Death At Hudson Harbour Apartments
A 59-year-old man has admitted to strangling a woman to death last year at the Hudson Harbour apartment complex in Poughkeepsie, according to the Dutchess County District Attorney's Office. Charles D'Amico of Poughkeepsie pleaded guilty Monday to manslaughter in the strangulation death of 49-year-old Jill Meltzer, according to Kristine Whelan, chief of the Special Victims Bureau at the Dutchess County District Attorney's Office.
