Area Man Charged With Sex Abuse Of Victim Known To Him A 54-year-old area man has been arrested for sexual abuse following an investigation, according to the Dutchess County Sheriff's Office. Bernardino Cazares-Fuentes of LaGrange was arrested Monday after deputies responded to a report of sexual assault in the town, said Capt. John Watterson. Following an investigation, detectives arrested Cazares-Fuentes for forcibly subjecting the victim to sexual contact, Watterson said.
