Erratic Driver Complaint Leads To Felony DWI Charge For Man In Area An erratic driver complaint led to the arrest of a 28-year-old Hudson Valley man for DWI.  Allan P. Forbes, of Poughkeepsie, was arrested around 10:50 p.m. Thursday, after New York State Police received a 911 call of an erratic driver on Noxon Road in the town of LaGrange, said Trooper AJ Hicks. Troopers located the vehicle and conducted a traffic stop. During the stop, troopers found Forbes was operating while intoxicated without an interlock device, had a prior DWI conviction within 10 years, and was driving on a suspended license, Hicks said.
