24-Year-Old Man Ejected, Critically Injured In Northern Westchester Crash: Police A serious crash left a 24-year-old man critically injured in Northern Westchester and also resulted in the arrest of an uninvolved person at the scene who allegedly impeded the investigation into the incident, police said.  The crash happened on Sunday, Sept. 17 just before 5:20 p.m. in the area of Advance Auto Parts in Bedford at 794 North Bedford Rd. (Route 117), according to Bedford Police Lt.
