PEEKSKILL, NY State Senator Greg Ball will be hosting a Town Hall meeting at City Hall tonight at 8 p.m. following the Committee of the Whole meeting.
Ball, who represents the 40th New York State Senate District, is expected to discuss his call for Governor Andrew Cuomo to summon the New York State Legislature back to Albany for a Special Session on job creation. Senator Ball will also discuss a series of initiatives throughout the 40th District to get people back to work.
Ball, a Republican, was elected last fall after serving two terms as an assemblyman in the 99th District. He replaced retiring State Senator Vincent Leibell, who was later convicted of felony charges of bribery, tax evasion, and obstruction of justice.
