Police Nab Violent Westchester Kidnapper Who Fled, Cops Say Police in Fairfield County nabbed a violent kidnapper who fled from Westchester County after committing the alleged crime. The incident took place in Greenwich early Thursday, Sept. 21. According to Lt.
