A 61-year-old Dutchess County man is accused of masturbating in front of two people, including a minor, inside a car in a Putnam County supermarket parking lot, authorities said.
Pawling resident Richard S. Davis, 61, was arrested on Friday, June 19, in connection with an incident in Patterson reported in February, the Putnam County Sheriff's Office announced on Tuesday, June 23.

ESPN NFL Draft analyst Matt Miller said his left arm was amputated after he crashed his SUV into an oncoming tractor-trailer.
Miller shared details of the crash and his injuries in a social media post on Tuesday, June 23. The 42-year-old said he was airlifted to a hospital in Joplin, Missouri, where he underwent a life-saving amputation.
