Here Are Northern Westchester's Primary Election Results There were a dozen-and-a-half primary elections held across Westchester on Tuesday, June 25.  Here's a rundown of the unofficial results in area races, according to the county Board of Elections: County Court Judge Four Democratic Party candidates ran for two Westchester County Court Judge spots on the Nov. 5 ballot. Melissa A. Loehr and Robert J. Prisco led the other two Democrats, Alexander Eisemann and Michael L. Andrew Cuomo’s favorability rating fell to 49-44 percent this month, matching his lowest favorability rating, according to a new Siena College poll of New York state registered voters.  Among Democrats, Cuomo has a 62-32 percent favorability rating, compared to 33-23 percent for his Democratic Party primary challenger, Cynthia Nixon.
