The incident took place in Orange County in the town of Wallkill around 9:45 a.m., Thursday, Oct. 20 at the Route 17 westbound exit ramp at the intersection with Route 302. The incident took place around in Orange County in the town of Wallkill around 11:15 p.m. on Friday, July 15, at the Orange County Fair.  The stabbing was uncovered when officers responded to a report of an assault, said Lt. Man Threatens To Shoot Bank Employees In Hudson Valley A man who threatened to shoot employees at a Hudson Valley Federal Credit Union bank was nabbed by police for making terroristic threats, according to the Wallkill Police Department.  Paul Martin, 54, of Bloomington, was arrested after Wallkill Police received a report around 4 p.m. Thursday, May 24, of a disturbance at the bank at 40 Lloyds Lane, said Wallkill Police Chief Robert Hertman.
