The ex-cop in Putnam County, Wayne Peiffer, was a member of the Village of Brewster Police Department. He's a resident of the Ulster County hamlet of Highland. Westchester Resident Among Four Charged With Trafficking Women For Sex A Westchester resident is among four men facing charges for their roles in allegedly trafficking women for sex in multiple states.
