Seen Him? Alert Issued For Rape Suspect On The Loose In Westchester
Have you seen him? Investigators from the Yonkers Police Department’s Warrant Squad issued an alert on Wednesday, June 26 for a wanted man who was charged with first-degree rape and failed to appear in court to respond to the charge. Steven Sowkey, 22, was described by police as a 5-foot-9 Hispanic man weighing approximately 155 pounds with brown eyes, black hair and a medium build. He has no known last address.
