Convicted Felon On Parole Charged With Dealing Heroin In Hudson Valley A 21-year-old convicted felon who was on parole is behind bars after being busted for dealing drugs, state police said. Investigators conducted a narcotics investigation which led to the execution of a search warrant at 421 Maple Street in the City of Poughkeepsie on Friday, Feb. 2. The investigation revealed that Michael Sterling, who was reporting to the Department of Corrections and Community Supervision, engaged in the sale of heroin on numerous occasions, police said.
