Man Accused Of Beating Woman, Taking Police On Pursuit In Hudson Valley A man has been charged in connection with the alleged violent beating of a woman and then taking deputies on a pursuit in the Hudson Valley. Ulster County resident, Matthew A. Dequarto, age 23, of Rosendale, was arrested on Thursday, Feb. 16, for the Monday, Tuesday, Feb. 13 assault, said Lt. Joseph Sciutto of the Ulster County Sheriff's Office. 28-Year-Old Accused Of Killing Father In Hudson Valley Hamlet A man was apprehended after killing his father in a Hudson Valley hamlet, according to authorities. At about 1:50 p.m. Friday, Feb. 10, multiple agencies in Ulster County responded to a Town of Rosendale residence on Springtown Road in the hamlet of Tillson after a 911 call was made for an unresponsive man.
