Road Reopens After Dump Truck Overturns In Westchester This story has been updated.  A busy intersection in Westchester has reopened to traffic after a dump truck tipped over, police said.  The crash happened on Thursday, May 4 in Greenburgh on Saw Mill River Road (Route 9A) at the intersection with Secor Road, according to an alert from Greenburgh Police from around 1 p.m.  Both directions of Saw Mill River Road were closed at the intersection as a result of the crash, but have since reopened, police said. Fatal Head-On, Wrong-Way Crash Causes Hours-Long Roadway Closure In Westchester One person was killed and several injured during a three-vehicle crash that caused the hours-long closure of a stretch of the Sprain Brook Parkway in Southern Westchester County. The crash, which was originally called in as a person driving in the wrong direction on the parkway in Greenburgh, took place around 1 a.m., Monday, Dec. 28, closing all lanes of the parkway, said New York State Trooper AJ Hicks.
