A bar in Northern Westchester that had originally decided to temporarily close following the death of its owner has now made the decision permanent. Unionville Tavern, located in Hawthorne at 415 Commerce St., announced on Friday, March 10 that it would permanently close after serving customers for over 40 years, according to the business's staff.
