Girl Stabs Fellow Teen, Injures Adult In Westchester, Police Say A 13-year-old girl staying at the Graham Windham residential center in Hastings-on-Hudson stabbed a fellow teenager there and injured a staff member. The event took place Friday, Jan. 12, when the teen attacked a staff member with a weapon, said Hastings-on-Hudson Police Lt. David Dosin.
