Man Gets Years In Prison For Sexually Assaulting 2 Teenagers In Westchester A 22-year-old man will spend more than a decade in prison for sexually assaulting two teenagers during separate incidents in Westchester, officials announced. Hudson Valley Man Sentenced For Repeated Sexual Abuse Of Child A Hudson Valley man has been sentenced to state prison after pleading guilty to repeatedly sexually abusing a victim under the age of 13. Orange County resident Byron Romero, age 36, of New Windsor, was sentenced to 18 years in prison on Monday, Oct. 3, said Orange County District Attorney David Hoovler. Romero was also sentenced to 20 years post-release supervision. Prior to his release from state prison, Romero will be registered as a sex offender, Hoovler said. Man Sentenced For Armed Barbershop Robbery In Front Of Children In Westchester A 31-year-old man is going to spend a decade behind bars after terrorizing a Westchester barbershop during an armed robbery in front of two children. Mount Vernon resident Ronald Jones has been sentenced to prison time after pleading guilty to robbing a city barbershop while armed with a gun in October last year. He was also sentenced for a DWI dating back to last September in an unrelated case.
