Westchester Woman Caught Shoplifting At ShopRite, Police Say A Westchester woman was arrested for allegedly shoplifting at the ShopRite store in Connecticut. Tracy Larmonie, 24, of Mount Vernon, was arrested on Wednesday for larceny, interfering with an officer, and possession of narcotics, said Milford Police Officer Joseph Dempsey. Larmonie was arrested after police responded to the ShopRite store at 935 Boston Post Road (Route 1) on a report of a shoplifter in custody, said Dempsey.
