Debris Removed From Under Bridge In Westchester To Stop Flooding A build-up of debris underneath a Metro-North bridge in Westchester had to be removed to prevent possible flooding, county officials said.  As a result of storms bringing heavy downpours, a build-up of branches and other flotsam began appearing underneath the Metro-North bridge in Bronxville near Parkway Road which soon became noticed by residents.  According to County Legislator James Nolan, several residents then reached out to him with concerns that the blockage could result in flooding in the area.
