'Sing Sing' Re-Released: Based On Events At Westchester Jail
A movie based on events at a maximum security prison in the Hudson Valley that may be a major Oscars contender is set to be re-released in theaters, according to reports. Car Fire Spreads To Home, Another Vehicle In Croton-On-Hudson
A fire inside a Northern Westchester garage soon became more complicated after spreading to the residence, nearby brush, and a vehicle containing materials that caused explosive flames. The blaze began at around 8:15 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 9 inside a garage at a home on Giglio Court in Croton-on-Hudson, according to the village's fire department. Part of a well-traveled section of road in Northern Westchester is closed as police investigate a serious crash. Route 9A southbound in Ossining is currently closed just north of Route 134, Ossining Police announced on Thursday, Aug. 22 around 1:45 p.m. The roadway will be closed for an "extended period" as the department investigates a crash.
