IDs Released For Four US Marines Killed During NATO Training Drill In Norway
The US Marines have identified the four killed in a MV-22B Osprey that crashed during a NATO training mission in Arctic Norway on Friday, March 18.
The four Marines were assigned to “Raging Bulls” of Medium Tiltrotor Squadron (VMM) 261 based at Marine Corps Air Station New River, North Carolina, according to an announcement from the Marines on Sunday, March 20.
They are:
Capt. Ross A. Reynolds, age 27, of Leominster, Massachusetts
Capt. Matthew J. Tomkiewicz, age 27, of Fort Wayne, Indiana

24-Year-Old Soldier Who Lived In Ossining Killed In Off-Post Crash
A soldier from the Hudson Valley was killed in an off-post, single-vehicle crash in North Carolina.
Northern Westchester native Marcello L. Scrudato, a resident of Fishkill in Dutchess County since 2007, was 24 years old.
He died in a motor vehicle accident on Saturday, Jan. 29 in Sanford, North Carolina, located near the Fort Bragg Army Base, where he was stationed.
