Man Accused Of Selling Heroin In Putnam, Sheriff Says A 30-year-old man is facing charges after he allegedly sold heroin in Putnam, police say. Members of the Putnam County Sheriff’s Department Narcotics Enforcement Unit (NEU) say they purchased a quantity of heroin from Jose Manzueta on Route 22 in the Town of Southeast on Wednesday, July 10. Manzueta was charged with third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance, a felony. Yorktown Man Charged With Selling LSD In Putnam A Yorktown man has been charged after selling LSD in Putnam, police say. Putnam County Sheriff’s Department officers say they arrested Anthony Piscitelli, 20, of Yorktown on Wednesday, June 26 after a lengthy investigation by the department’s Narcotics Enforcement Unit (NEU). NEU officers say they discovered in 2018 that a Yorktown Heights male was selling LSD in Putnam County. NEU members then made contact with Piscitelli, arranged for the purchase of LSD and arrested Piscitelli at his home.
