An employee accused of stealing student medication from a secure nurse’s office at a Westchester middle school has been removed from the district, officials said. The theft occurred at Louis M. Some school officials in Westchester are on high alert after students reportedly made comments deemed to be threatening in nature. Another new COVID-19 case has been confirmed in a staffer at a Westchester school that has seen a small surge in recent infections. A longtime Long Island educator and administrator is heading north to serve as principal at a middle school in Northern Westchester. The Chappaqua Board of Education announced that current Lynbrook South Middle School principal Joseph Wiener has been tabbed to head the Robert E.
