Original report: Two lanes are blocked on I-684 in Westchester following a school bus crash in which two adults onboard. The minibus overturned around 2:22 p.m. Tuesday on southbound I-684 at Manhattanville Road in Harrison, said New York State Police. The bus landed on the grassy median of the highway.
