Blocked Lane Slows Traffic On Parkway In Westchester: Developing A blocked lane is causing traffic delays and congestion on a busy parkway in Westchester.  The traffic, which began on Thursday, June 1 around 11 a.m., is stemming from a blocked right lane on the Hutchinson River Parkway southbound in Scarsdale between Exit 12 (Mamaroneck Road) and Exit 13 (Mamaroneck Avenue), according to numerous reports.  The cause of the lane blockage has not yet been revealed by authorities.  This is a developing story. Traffic Alert: Month-Long Lane Closure To Affect Busy Parkway In Westchester Commuters are being warned that a month-long lane closure will soon affect traffic on a busy parkway in Westchester.  Beginning on Monday, April 24, one lane of the Hutchinson River Parkway southbound between Exit 14 (State Route 127) in Harrison and Exit 13 (Mamaroneck Avenue) in Scarsdale will close, according to the New York State Department of Transportation.  The closure is scheduled for weekdays beginning on Monday, April 24, and lasting until Thursday, May 25 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., officials said.  The closure is to allow for construction work.

Scheduled Lane Closure On Busy Parkway In Westchester To Last Months Traffic on a busy parkway in Westchester will soon be affected by a scheduled lane closure that will last months.  Beginning on Monday, March 27, one lane along the northbound Hutchinson River Parkway between Exit 13 ((Mamaroneck Avenue) in Scarsdale and Exit 14 (Route 127) in Harrison will close on weekdays between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. to facilitate construction work, according to the New York State Department of Transportation.  The scheduled lane closure will last on weekdays through Wednesday, May 31, officials announced.
