Jodi Planthaber, who is also known as Jodi Nye, is wanted by New York State Police in Kinderhook following her arrest on five counts of third-degree and one count of fourth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. Five Westchester Residents Charged With DWI In State Police Stops New York State Police troopers in the Hudson Valley were busy over the weekend, busting 17 allegedly impaired drivers for DWI. Local residents charged include: Westchester County On Sunday, May 12, State Police troopers from Cortlandt arrested Manuel A. Valle, 50, of Peekskill, for Aggravated DWI. He was traveling on Welcher Avenue in Peekskill, when he was stopped for a violation of the vehicle and traffic law.
