Pair Charged With Carjacking, Pistol-Whipping Driver In Westchester Two men are facing life in prison for allegedly pistol-whipping a driver, firing shots toward him and attempting to carjack him in Westchester. Chester Brown and Travis Sinclair were charged in federal court in White Plains on Wednesday, for the carjacking, in which they allegedly attacked the driver and fired shots at him when he attempted to run away. According to the complaint, on July 27, the two men entered a blue Nissan in Mount Vernon, both armed with guns.  They then threatened and punched the driver.
