Man Sentenced For Raping Teen In Northern Westchester A 38-year-old man will spend the better part of a decade behind bars after admitting to raping a teenager in Northern Westchester. William Arias-Abril, of Peekskill, has been sentenced to six years in state prison in Westchester County Court after pleading guilty to two counts of third-degree rape. He was sentenced to three years in state prison on each count, which will run consecutively. Westchester County District Attorney Anthony Scarpino, Jr., said that on Jan. 12, Arias-Abril’s 16-year-old victim reported to the Peekskill Police Department that she had been raped.
