Starbucks Employee Rescued After Fall In Westchester Firefighters had to use a unique rig to rescue a Starbucks employee who had fallen through an open grate in the floor and ended up in the basement. The incident took place Friday afternoon at the Starbucks on Palmer Avenue in Larchmont, said Larchmont Fire Chief John Caparelli. "Because of the injuries to her legs and the steep pitch of the stairs leading to the basement, we had to use the sidewalk grate outside and what's called a 'low-angle-type' rescue to rescue the employee," he said.
