Man Hospitalized After Easter Stabbing In Westchester A man was hospitalized following an early morning stabbing near an intersection in Westchester, officials said. The incident happened on Sunday, March 31 just after 2:45 a.m., when a male victim was stabbed multiple times in Mount Vernon near the area of South 4th Avenue and East Sandford Boulevard, according to Mount Vernon city officials.  Arriving first responders found the victim with several stab wounds and quickly rushed him to Jacobi Medical Center, where he is now in stable condition. Bronx resident James Rodriguez, 31, pleaded guilty on Thursday, Sept. 17 in Westchester County Court to a pair of felony charges after he was busted stealing mail in Mount Vernon last year.
