Northern Westchester Boy, 6, Dies After Battle With Brain Cancer Lucas Harashima of Pound Ridge died Wednesday surrounded by his family following a battle with  DIPG, an aggressive brain tumor DIPG, an aggressive brain tumor that has no known cause or cure. He was 6 years old. Lucas, who fought bravely for 18 months,  inspired all who knew him.
