Man Follows Woman After Northern Westchester Auto Collision, Police Say Westchester County Police intervention was required in Mount Kisco after a woman reported that she was being followed by a man driving behind her for several miles. A motorist reported to Westchester County Police shortly before 9:30 a.m. on Monday, March 19 that she had narrowly avoided being involved in a crash on Route 100 in Yorktown, and was then followed by the second driver onto Crow Hill Road and onto Route 133 in Mount Kisco, according to a Westchester County Police spokesperson. Croton Man Drove Drunk, Left Scene Of Crash, Yorktown Police Say A 38-year-old Northern Westchester man was charged with two DWIs after Yorktown Police say he fled the scene of a car crash on Crow Hill Road near the Mount Kisco border on Monday afternoon. Victor Melchor of Croton was charged with driving while intoxicated and aggravated driving while intoxicated with blood-alcohol content of .18 percent or more, both misdemeanors and leaving the scene of a property damage accident, a traffic infraction.
