Eileen (Downing) Pilla, who was the first female mayor of Tarrytown from 1987 to 1999, died on Monday, Dec. 18 at the age of 91, according to her obituary. A 36-year-old lifelong Westchester resident is being remembered for his passion for working with his hands as well as his love for his family. James P. Donovan, who lived in Tarrytown his entire life, died unexpectedly on Sunday, Sept. 17 at the age of 36, according to his obituary. Lindsay M. White of Stamford and formerly of Tarrytown died Jan. Friday, 5, 2018 after a long illness. Born in North Tarrytown on Feb. 6, 1984, she was the daughter of Robert and Janis Cunitz Schrader. Lindsay had been a teacher at the Goddard School in Wilton. After graduation from Sleepy Hollow High School, she went on to college and continued her education by earning two masters’ degrees.
