Word is Showtime's hit "Billions," will be filming a car crash scene on Cedar Street from 4:30 to 9:30 p.m., Monday, Jan. 27.  The show, which stars Damian Lewis and Paul Giamatti, follows the two men in their battle for riches in New York. Earlier this month the show, in its fifth season, filmed some scenes at Yonkers City Hall, causing quite a stir.

Several Injured After Bus Carrying 50 Extras From Showtime's 'Billions’ Crashes In Area Eight people were injured when a bus carrying 50 extras for the Showtime series "Billions," slid down an embankment in the area. The crash took place around 10:30 p.m., Monday, Dec. 2 in Ulster County, on Mountain Rest Road in New Paltz, said New Paltz Police Lt. Robert Lucchesi. According to Lucchesi, the bus was returning from filming when it stopped on the road due to another accident. The driver got off the vehicle to try and help. Showtime's 'Billions' Looking For Extras From Area Just in time for the holidays, "Billions," a hit Showtime series, is looking for locals to work as paid extras. According to Grant Wilfley Casting, the series will be filming upscale party scenes and other takes in Ulster County in the New Platz area for Season 5 of the series which stars Paul Giamatti and Damian Lewis. The filming will take place on Monday, Dec. 2 and Tuesday, Dec. 3, at the swanky Mohonk Mountain House, announced the Hudson Valley Film Commission on Facebook.
