OSSINING, N.Y. -- New York State Police from the Cortlandt barracks charged an Ossining man with aggravated driving while intoxicated in Peekskill on Saturday, Feb. 8, police officials said.
Troopers suspected Juan Marquez, 38, of being intoxicated after finding his car in a snow bank, police said.
Marquez had a blood alcohol content of .18 percent. more than twice the legal limit of .08 percent. He is scheduled to appear in Peekskill City Court on Thursday, Feb. 20.
