State Police have been working with school officials since the burglary took place on Sept. 17. The juvenile, whose name in accordance with State Law, cannot be released because of his age, was located and arrested. At the time of his arrest, the proceeds of the burglary were recovered, State Police said.
The subject was charged as a juvenile with one count of Burglary in the Third Degree and ordered to appear in Westchester County Family Court for further proceedings.
