Following a May 20 arrest, he's being held in Rockland County Jail awaiting transfer to state prison. Losicco, 52, is back in custody just a few months after his release from Fishkill Correctional Facility, lohud.com reports.
Prouty's family has called him a "walking threat" and a "psychopath."
Losicco was a teen incarcerated at Lincoln Hall, a juvenile facility in Somers, when he and another teen, David Hollis, were convicted of breaking into Prouty's home, injuring her husband, then robbing and attacking her.
Losicco cited a troubled childhood and drug use when he testified before the parole board.
