OSSINING, N.Y. - Leonard Sellazzo, a longtime Ossining resident, died June 23. He was 77.
Sellazzo was born Dec. 29, 1935, in Ossining, to Matteo and Tomasina Grella Sellazzo. He was a self-employed plumber for many years.
Sellazzo is survived by his wife, Joyce; son, Daniel (Priscila); daughter, Teri Villa (Tony); stepsons, John DeFeo, Stephen DeFeo (Suzan); eight grandchildren; sisters, Toni Free, Dolores Gates (Frank); nieces, nephews; grandnieces, grandnephews; and numerous cousins.
Calling hours are Wednesday, June 26 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at Leach & Thomas, Inc. 32 State St., Ossining. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Thursday, June 27 at St. Ann’s Church. Burial will be private.
