John H. Canero, 76, Of Ossining, Owned Granite Tennis Courts, Inc.

OSSINING, N.Y. - John H. Canero, a lifelong resident of Ossining, died May 16. He was 76.

Canero was born to John and Lottie Canero. He graduated from Ossining High School in 1954 and served in the United States Navy in Puerto Rico. He was the owner and operator of Granite Tennis Courts, Inc. for over 57 years.

Canero is survived by his wife, Carmen; son, John H. Canero, III (Kathleen); two grandchildren; siblings, Charles M. Canero, Patricia M. Canero, Karen Kestner; and many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his parents

A memorial service is planned for at 11 a.m. June 29 at the United Methodist Church, 300 E. Main Street, Mount Kisco.
