The Ossining Public Librarys Get Your GED Program: 10 a.m. 12:30 p.m. Tutors are set to be available for free every Friday in the teen room. For more information, residents are asked to contact Robin Osborne at the Westchester Library System at (914) 231-3237 or by email.

Brick Builders at the Ossining Public Library: 4 p.m. 5 p.m. The program is open to parents and students in grades 1 and up. Space is limited to the first 20 children to arrive. Computer Help at the Ossining Public Library: 11 a.m. 1 p.m. Free drop-in help with computers. Residents can learn how to navigate web pages and create documents in Microsoft programs. For more information, residents are asked to contact Cheryl at 941-2416 ext. 315.
Mothers Day Tea Party: 9 a.m. 11 a.m. St. Augustine Parochial School in Ossining is hosting a Mothers Day Tea Party at the school.
Tasty Port Wine & Spirits Free Tasting: 4 p.m. 8 p.m. Tasty Port Wine & Spirits will be hosting a free wine tasting at 127 Main Street in Ossining. There will be a wine expert on-site. Promotions include six bottles 10 percent off, 12 bottles 15 percent off.

Tech Workshop at the Library: 10:30 a.m. Noon. The Briarcliff Manor Public Library presents Exploring Excel (Beginner). Using Microsoft Excel, residents will learn the basics of how to set up a spreadsheet to display and manipulate data. Excel can help you manage and track budgets, investments, mailing lists and more. Steffidance Dance on Wheels and Heels: 2 p.m. 3 p.m. The Ossining Public Library hosts Steffidance at the Budarz Theater. The dance company will perform a lecture/dance.
Briarcliff Manor Garden Club Plant Sale: 9 a.m. 2 p.m. The BMGC will be hosting its annual plant sale at Wells Fargo Banks parking lot. Plants in containers suitable for patios or hanging will be featured, as well as scores of plants dug out of the gardens of the Garden Clubs members and friends. Financial Seminar at the Ossining Library:: 3 p.m. 5 p.m. All are welcome to attend this informational financial seminar. The session will be the first of two at the Ossining Public Library.
Childrens Author Visit at Briarcliff Library: 11 a.m. 2 p.m. Local author Dave Reisman visits the Briarcliff Manor Public Library to read his story Cows Cant Quack. The program is open to children ages 2 to 7. Reisman will read his story and follow with a small craft.
The Ossining Public Librarys Photography Class: 1 p.m. 3 p.m. Residents can learn various photography techniques as a part of this weekly class. To register prior to the class, residents are asked to contact Director Jim Farrell at 941-2416 ext. 333.
