Soi, who will assume his new role in January, will be responsible for the coordination of all recreational activities for both the Village and the Town of Ossining.
“We are pleased and excited to welcome Christopher as Ossining’s new Superintendent of Recreation,” Village Manager Richard Leins said in a statement. “His considerable experience in the field will make him an asset to our vibrant community. We look forward to his fresh perspective and insight.”
Prior to accepting his new position in Ossining, Soi was the assistant superintendent for the New Castle Recreation and Parks Department and also served as recreation supervisor for the Briarcliff Manor Recreation and Parks Department.
