OSSINING, N.Y. -- Debbie McDonnell is the new Village Manager of Ossining.
McDonnell, who starts on Sept. 5, serves as City Administrator in Poughkeepsie. McDonnell replaces Paul Fraioli, who was serving as interim village manager and will continue as village engineer.
McDonnell will be responsible for the daily operations of the Village and Village Departments, including oversight of 171 full-time employees and 130 seasonal and part time employees.
"The village trustees and I are excited to have Debbie joining the Ossining team. Her experience with community and economic development will be a tremendous asset particularly in this moment as the Village is focused on the further revitalization of downtown," said Victoria Gearity, Mayor of the Village of Ossining.
