Ossining Woman Arrested On Petit Larcency Charge In Cortlandt

OSSINING, N.Y. -- State Police arrested an Ossining woman who was accused of shoplifting at a Cortlandt department store on Thursday, according to police.

Suzna Costa-Rothberg, 46, was detained by loss prevention agents from Kohl's. When State Police arrived on the scene she was charged with petit larceny, a Class A misdemeanor, police said. 

Costa-Rothberg was issued an appearance ticket ordering her to appear before the Town of Cortlandt Justice Court on Friday at 9 a.m., police said.
