Manuel Vallejo, 44, was charged with menacing an officer and possession of a weapon, both class-D felonies after police responded to a noise complaint at Vallejo's residence, Patch.com reported.
Vallejo refused to answer the door at first, but later did so with the air rifle in his hands. No one was hurt during the arrest, Patch.com said.
