An Ossining man was arrested after hitting his girlfriend in the face during an altercation, police said.
The assault took place at victim Melissa Washington's residence on Broadway at around 6:15 p.m. on Wednesday, police said. Boyfriend Jayson Blaylock, 42, of Spring Street, allegedly caused Washington's face to become bruised and swollen.
Also in Ossining:
-Windows of an Ossining Community Center bus were broken sometime between 3 p.m. on Sunday and 10:15 a.m. on Tuesday, police said. No arrests have been made in connection with the incident.
