WESTCHESTER COUNTY, N.Y. -- The Indian Point nuclear facility will be conducting a test of its siren system in Westchester, Rockland, Orange and Putnam counties between 10:30 a.m. and 11 a.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 6, according to LoHud.com.
