Ossining Play Depicts Pulitzer Prize Novelist

OSSINING, N.Y. -- Actress Prudence Wright-Holmes will perform a one-woman show of novelist Willa Cather in "Willa Cather Her Life & Loves" Thursday, April 21 from 7 to 8:30 p.m. at Ossining Public Library.

Willa Cather was the second woman to win a Pulitzer Prize for Literature in 1923.

“Willa Cather: Her Life & Loves” is a one woman performance in which Prudence Wright Holmes plays Willa Cather and all the significant people in her life.

Holmes is a professional actor who has appeared in four Broadway shows and eight movies including “Sister Act 1 & 2” with Whoopi Goldberg and most recently in “God’s Pocket” with Philip Seymour Hoffman.

Free admission. All are welcome to attend.
