Ossining Library Displays Resident's Artwork

OSSINING, N.Y. -- Ossining Public Library will exhibit the paintings of local artist Donna Faranda in January.

An artist reception will take place on Jan. 9 from 2 to 4 p.m. The exhibit will run from Jan. 2 to Jan. 30.

Farranda utilizes the technique of pointillism to indulge a love of color in her figurative paintings of women. She aims to reflect women's inner stories and beauty through her works.
